existing site re-design order form
and submit it to us for a proposal of costs, we will be in touch within 48
or 72 hours. At that time, we will be able to ask any questions we may have and to
answer any questions you may have.
Once we have submitted an estimate of costs and you have approved it, work will
begin. We normally require 1/2 of the estimated costs up front before work
begins. However, we are flexible on this. Please mention payment plans if you
believe this will assist your financial situation. We really do believe in
working with you on this.
Throughout the process, we will send emails or call
you to chat via ICQ
or Netscape
AOL Instant Messenger to request clarification,
to offer ideas about content, design or layout, and finally to indicate a
portion of your website is complete and ready for a preliminary review and
approval. We will install draft
version of your site at tripod.com.
Thus you will be able to review our
work and suggest corrections. This keeps you apprised of the development process and allows you to
make note of any design flaws that may arise before the site goes live.
If you have an 'after-thought' or have new ideas during the development
process, you may bring those to us at any time -- even if those ideas involve
reworking content, layout, image(s) or the whole site. If it ends up
increasing or even decreasing the estimate, we will indicate that to you,
provide a new estimate and wait for your approval before continuing. This
allows you to maintain full control of your costs.
Once the site is completely finished, we will again email
you and
request a full site review and approval. Once that is complete, we will
invoice the remaining amount due and your site will be ready to Go Live-Online!
